Can the employees block their card?

Yes, via the web tools by logging in and via our mobile app.

Can the employees change their PIN code?

If they have a chip card it is unfortunately not possible. 

However, if's a card with only a magnet stripe on, the PIN code can be changed by logging into My account.

Can the employees handle the benefit themselves?

Yes, the employer may entrust the employees to order his or her benefit Ticket Rikskuponger. Employees can then accept or decline the card or loadings, or both. The employer sets up the benefits rules, such as the amount they will receive each month, and creates loadings.

Yes, via Ticket Riksuponger's mobile app, by logging into My Account and via IVR 08-6818137.

Do the employees earn anything from using Ticket Rikskuponger?

In addition to a great encouragement to the important lunch break, they also benefit from it economically thanks to the employers subsidy.

Does the company earn anything from offering Ticket Rikskuponger on a card?

Thanks to the subvention not being included in the calculation for holiday pay it is approximately 10% cheaper than regular salary. In addition, the lunch benefit increases effectiveness and sense of community among the employees.

How can my employees find out their PIN code?

The easiest way is to use our app, click on the cog and then on "PIN-kod". Keep in mind that you have to enter your password again to use this function. Have you forgotten your password? Click here.

How do i order Ticket Rikskuponger?

How does the subsidy for meal benefit?

The employer chooses how much of the benefit which is subsidized, usually 40-60%, but it can of course be 100%. Packed benefit is not vacation pay due Spirit and therefore is about 10% cheaper than the cash salary. Packed benefit need not be the basis for sick pay or pensions. The employer pays the employer fee subsidy and the employee benefit is taxed at the concessional component, as a deduction from salary.

What amount is most common?

Most employers choose to follow Skatteverkets recommended lunch value. 2018 is recommended value is 94 SEK/workday.

What are the different payment options?

  • Direct Debit: When the payment has been deducted by direct debit is paid benefit to the staff. The advantage of direct debits is that it always gets the same number of payment days. 
  • Forma Invoice: In advance invoice is paid, paid the benefit to employees.

Where can the employees use their card?

The card works as a standard debit card and is valid at almost 23,000 of Swedens' restaurants and around 4,000 grocery stores that accepts cards as payment method.
